Want a fresh baked apple pie on a summer day without having to spend hours in the kitchen?  I have done all the work for you!  Simply pour this 32 ounce jar into a 9″ pie crust, top with your favorite topping, and bake to temperature.  That’s it!

Honeycrisp Apples picked fresh from Washington State and preserved in a lightly spiced clearjel, leaving the end flavor and possibilities up to you.  I prefer a baked pie with cinnamon crumb top, but its also great on a single scoop of vanilla ice cream or making a quick apple crisp.

Here is a recipe for a quick and delicious crumble topping!

    Cooked pie: Crust didn’t set up and clove flavor was a little powerful. Presentation was really good.
