Honeycrisp Apples picked fresh from Washington State, paired with juicy cranberries, preserved in a lightly spiced clearjel, leaving the end flavor and possibilities up to you.  I prefer a baked pie with cinnamon crumb top, but its also great on a single scoop of vanilla ice cream or making a quick apple crisp.
